Warranty
Thank you for your recent purchase! OLMO Limited Warranty terms are available if the product is registered within 60 days of installation. Registration can be completed online. Registering your product is a brief and easy process. You will need to have the following information ready:
- The serial number and model number for each piece of equipment you purchased
- The date of installation
- Your general information, including name, address, and phone number
- The name and zip code of the dealer/technician who installed your equipment
- The name, address, and email of the dealer or contractor who installed your equipment
- Date and place of purchase, if differ from installer’s address
- An email address. We will use this to send you confirmation of your registration
- HVAC Number License (only for a mini-split system)
NOTE: much of this information will be on theproduct label and invoice provided by your installing contractor. If you need help, please contact your installing contractor.

To support the Limited Warranty, the defective compressor must be sent to the Comfortside Technical Support Miami Office for Verification. Shipping costs are not covered by this warranty. All transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Extended Warranty
For the OLMO Sierra Series, including both single‑zone and multi‑zone A2L systems (R32 or R454B), customers who properly register their units on the official OLMO website will receive an extended warranty consisting of a seven (7) year compressor warranty and a five (5) year parts warranty. This extended coverage also applies retroactively to Sierra Series units sold in 2025 and 2026, provided registration requirements are met within the specified timeframe.
